Toote üksikasjad
- A journey into the darkest corners of the human soul. In this haunting masterpiece, Dostoyevsky lays bare the contradictions and torments of the human condition. Told through the confessions of a reclusive, bitter “underground man”, these notes reveal a mind torn between pride and shame, reason and madness, freedom and self-destruction. Alienated from society and consumed by his own thoughts, the narrator struggles with the unbearable weight of consciousness itself. His voice —by turns furious, ironic, and despairing— echoes the loneliness of modern humanity. “Man likes to calculate only his troubles, he doesn’t calculate his joys.” Notes from Underground is not just the story of one man’s rebellion—it is the mirror of our own restless, conflicted souls.
