For $1,099, it comes with the full Roon Essentials license, which provides excellent management and integration of local and streaming music files. However, it has limitations such as the 30,000 track limit, no display of PCM files, and no support for MQA Full Unpack function. Nevertheless, this server has a versatile functionality, and one can add more tracks by adding an NAD with your additional folder, which Roon integrates seamlessly. Moreover, the ELAC Discovery Music Server has a nice sound, making it a useful addition to your system's sound.
