It contains experiments that are being repeated multiple times and also directions for making rock candy. Other household items are required for the experiments, but most of them can be found at home. The microscope requires three watch-like batteries. The kit comes in dark pink. Most of the reviews indicate that it is a great product and daughters love it. However, some customers complained that there are not enough experiments and that it is not worth the money. It is recommended as a great gift for little girls.
