The Fox Run Garlic Keeper is a small white stoneware or terra cotta pot that is designed to keep garlic fresh. It is approximately 5.25 x 4.25 x 5.5 inches in size. The inside of the pot is unglazed, which helps to keep garlic dry and fresh for up to three weeks. Users are advised to rinse the pot out with warm water before use and let it dry completely for 24 hours. The garlic pot can hold two small garlic bulbs, with some difficulty for larger bulbs. Users have found that it is best to keep the pot in a cabinet to prevent sprouting and turning green. While some users have found it to be fragile and prone to cracking, others have found it to be a cute and practical addition to their kitchen.
