- The large 390 x 280 mm table base with aluminium compound surface ensures smooth and easy movement of the workpiece; the printed grid and protractor facilitate division and cutting; the solid aluminium arm has a groove of 350 mm and offers a capacity of 140 mm in height; the stand and the metal coil (98.4 ft, diameter 0.2 mm included) can be moved along the arm to allow slanting cutting; an LED indicates operation and avoids burning your fingers (cutting wire heats up in less than 1 second)

отвечать: Sorry, I know nothing about Plastazote. You certainly can do those things you want with the cutter. Take a look at Gerard Boom from the Netherlands. He's got a slew of tutorials showing the many tricks you can perform. https://www.shiftinglands.com. He also sells some nifty tools that make it all pretty easy. Cheers John -

отвечать: I've used styrofoam and polystyrene on mine, but as long as it's a thermoplastic it should work, just check if the material you want to use has a low flash point or gives off toxic fumes when melted. -

отвечать: Hotwires only cut polystyrene. They will not cut other materials such as paper. -
