Keiser Elliptical Trainers M5 Editorial Review
The Keiser M5 Strider is a compact and versatile exercise machine that can be used in a small space. The stride length is around 13.5 inches, and the machine has a black frame with black plastic coverings and round height adjustment knobs. It comes with the M3 computer, which records cadence, calories burned, power output in watts, heart rate (with a compatible heart rate monitor), exercise duration, current resistance level and distance traveled. The M5 uses the same 8 lb. aluminum flywheel as Keiser's M Series bikes and requires no external power, just 2 AA batteries to run the display. At 6'2" you would need 7' of total vertical space. Customers can contact Keiser Corporation at 1-800-888-7009 for further information or questions.
