The Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter is a high-quality, reliable tool for advanced troubleshooting. It can measure up to 1000 V AC/DC and features peak min/max and low pass filter functions. The multimeter includes TL75 Test Leads, AC175 Alligator Clips, and an 80BK Temp Probe. It also has a temperature mode and can measure resistance below 500 Ohms. However, it is not suitable for pico farad measurements. The meter requires breaking the circuit under test to measure current, and it can measure up to 10 amps continuously and 20 amps for a set period of time. The packaging does not indicate if the box was opened or used. It is unclear if the meter is made in the USA. While the 87V can be used for household and some automotive purposes, it does not measure RPM. For RPM measurements, the Fluke 88 Automotive meter is recommended. Fluke products are of high quality and reliability, but alternative solutions for customers in other countries should be discussed with a Fluke authorized repair facility.
