The Performance Air Intake Kit is designed specifically for 1995-2000 Ford Explorer Ranger Mazda B4000 4.0L OHV V6 engines. It is not suitable for SOHC V6 4.0. The kit features an air temperature sensor opening and has increased the throttle response for some customers. It is not a cold air intake and requires some modifications to fit a 96 4.0 Ranger. The customer service is excellent and responsive, and the product looks clean. However, some customers have reported issues with missing parts, incorrect fitment, or a lack of improvement over stock.
