It has a water capacity of between 30 to 40 oz and there are no complaints of plastic taste. The lid could be adjusted to prevent leaks. Although it doesn't insulate the tube, one can blow into it after drinking to push the water back down into the reservoir. This process works effectively. The pack is lightweight, with a nice design, and a convenient handle. It is perfect for running and is durable enough for the long haul. However, it is not the ideal option for mountain biking as it offers no protection during tumbles.
