Coogam TG170717 Editorial Review
The product has garnered mostly positive feedback from customers, highlighting its engaging concept that effectively captivates children, particularly those aged six and older. However, younger kids, including those as young as three, have also found enjoyment in the game, mainly due to its magnetic features that hold their attention. Many reviewers specifically praise its travel-friendly design, deeming it perfect for long journeys, whether by car or air, and acknowledge its value as a distraction for children during tedious travels. The puzzle's creativity stands out, allowing kids to create their own objects, which many parents see as a beneficial deviation from character-driven puzzles. Illustrations included are reportedly easy for young children to understand, making the game accessible even for pre-schoolers. However, some customers noted that the size of the product was smaller than they anticipated, but this did not detract significantly from their overall satisfaction. Despite the positive reception, there are notable concerns. One customer reported receiving a product with a missing piece, which affected their ability to enjoy the puzzles as intended. Additionally, issues with the quality control were raised; one customer experienced an unsafe snap closure that caused injury during unboxing, leading to frustration over customer service response times regarding a potential refund. These issues, while not common, have led to some negativity concerning the product’s quality assurance. Overall, the product is well-received for its engaging and educational value, but quality control and minor design enhancements could significantly improve customer satisfaction. **
